An organization specific calendar with a public "Host" for update by the organization and the Signal Peak Webmaster is required to be included for regular entries. Exceptions may be made on a Case by Case basis as approved by the board of The Signal Peak Community Calendar

One time Events must be sent to webmaster@signalpeak.org at least 1 week prior to the event to be included.
No abbreviations are allowed items can be "Opened Up" for further review negating the need for abbreviations.
Only public meetings will be included and inclusion though generally public will be at the sole discretion of the Signal Peak Board.
Website entries will be reviewed by Signal Peak Webmaster for off color remarks etc before publishing.
There will normally be a 24 hour lag from the time an item is submitted to the calendar to the time that we will publish it to allow for review before its publication to keep out inappropriate content i.e. pornography, slander etc
At least regular quarterly updates are required to maintain a regular "spot" on the calendar.
Blast Email will be sent to remind you to perform these calendar updates at least monthly.
This calendar is a Guide and care should be taken to review and confirm events if it is crucial that you attend.
